Product Overview
The HX251 is a highly sensitive, omnipolar, low-power Hall switch based on mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features advanced chopper stabilization for accurate and stable magnetic switch points. The device integrates a Hall element, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control, signal amplification and filtering, offset compensation, and a Schmitt trigger with a push-pull output. It operates from -40C to 85C with a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 6V and consumes an average current of only 5A. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both meeting halogen-free standards.
