Product Overview
The TLE4913 is a micro power Integrated Hall-Effect Sensor designed for low-power applications, such as On/Off switches in cellular flip-phones. It operates with battery voltages from 2.4 V to 5.5 V and features high sensitivity, stable magnetic switching points, and high resistance to mechanical stress. Its omnipolar switching capability allows activation by either the North or South pole of a magnet. The device utilizes a unique onboard clock scheme to reduce average operating current, with a digital output signal. It is not suitable for automotive applications.
