HX3144 High Sensitivity Unipolar Hall Switch
The HX3144 is a unipolar Hall effect integrated circuit designed for magnetic sensing applications. It features reverse voltage protection, internal voltage regulation, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This magnetic sensor is ideal for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. It operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -40 to 125, supports a supply voltage from 2.5V to 24V, and can handle a load current of up to 50mA. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
