The TLE4997E2 is a programmable linear Hall sensor offering a high linear and ratiometric push-pull rail-to-rail output signal. It features 20-bit Digital Signal Processing, digital temperature compensation, and 12-bit overall resolution. Designed for operation between -40C and 150C, it provides low drift of the output signal over temperature and lifetime. Key programmable parameters stored in EEPROM include magnetic range, sensitivity (gain), zero field voltage (offset), bandwidth, output slope polarity, clamping option, temperature coefficient for common magnets, and memory lock.
