Product Overview
The TH02 is a digital relative humidity and temperature sensor IC designed for accurate and low-power measurements. It integrates temperature and humidity converter, signal processing, and calibration data on a single chip. The patented use of industry-standard, low-K polymeric dielectrics for sensing humidity enables excellent long-term stability with low drift and hysteresis. The TH02 is factory-calibrated and fully interchangeable, eliminating the need for recalibration or software changes. It features an I2C host interface and is available in a compact 4x4 mm QFN package, with an optional factory-installed protective cover for enhanced protection during assembly and throughout the product's life. This sensor is ideal for applications requiring precise measurement of temperature, humidity, and dew point, ranging from industrial HVAC/R and automotive climate control to consumer platforms and asset tracking.
