Product Overview
The TLE4998C is a programmable linear Hall sensor designed for highly accurate angle and position detection, as well as current measurement applications. It features a digital 20-bit Signal Processing (DSP) with digital temperature compensation, offering 16-bit overall resolution and operating within automotive temperature ranges. The sensor provides a low drift of the output signal over temperature and lifetime, with programmable parameters stored in EEPROM with single-bit error correction. It supports the SPC (Short PWM Code) protocol with enhanced interface features based on SENT (Single Edge Nibble Transmission).
