TLE4998P3 / TLE4998P4 Programmable Linear Hall Sensor
The TLE4998P is a programmable linear Hall sensor designed for highly accurate rotation and position detection, as well as current measurement applications. It provides a digital PWM output signal ideal for direct decoding by microcontrollers. The sensor offers digital signal processing with 20-bit resolution and digital temperature compensation, ensuring excellent long-time stability. Its key advantages include robust replacement of potentiometers due to no mechanical abrasion, resistance to environmental factors, and high immunity to mechanical stress, EMC, and ESD. The device is suitable for automotive applications like pedal position, suspension control, valve or throttle position, headlight levelling, and steering angle sensing, as well as high-current sensing for battery management, motor control, and electronic fuses.
