The TLE493D-W2B6 is a low-power 3D Hall sensor featuring an I2C interface and a wake-up function. It is designed for automotive and industrial applications, offering precise magnetic flux density sensing up to 160 mT with programmable resolution. The sensor supports X-Y angular measurement, diagnostic functions, and various power modes for minimal power consumption (as low as 7 nA in power-down mode). It provides 12-bit data resolution for each measurement direction and a 10-bit temperature sensor. The device can be triggered by an external microcontroller via I2C and signals valid measurements with an interrupt.
