The Honeywell HEL-700 Series Thin Film Platinum RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors) are engineered for precise temperature monitoring and control in demanding industrial applications. These sensors offer a linear relationship between resistance and temperature, delivering high accuracy, stability, and a wide operating temperature range within a compact, fast-response package. Designed for seamless integration, the fully assembled elements eliminate the need for fragile splices, ready for use in probe assemblies. Manufactured with a thin platinum layer on an alumina substrate and laser-trimmed for interchangeability, they are available with standard 0.2% or optional 0.1% accuracy. The robust construction, featuring a ceramic case and either TFE Teflon or fiberglass-insulated lead wires, ensures reliability across diverse environments.
