Product Overview
The HX6323 is a high-performance, low-power, unipolar Hall-effect switch based on mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switching points. The integrated components include a Hall element, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control circuit, signal amplification and filtering circuit, offset compensation circuit, Schmitt trigger, and push-pull output. It operates over a wide temperature range (-40 to 125) and a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, with an ultra-low average current of only 0.9A. Available in halogen-free SOT-23 and TO-92S packages.
