HX41F High Voltage Bipolar Latching Hall Switch
The HX41F is a high-voltage bipolar latching Hall switch manufactured using advanced bipolar process technology. It integrates a Hall sensor, amplifier, temperature compensation, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. This design ensures stable operation even under high voltage transients and provides excellent noise immunity. The HX41F operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -40 to 150 and supports a supply voltage from 3.5V to 26V, with a maximum load current of 25mA. It is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
