Product Overview
The HX6383 is a highly sensitive, omnipolar, low-power Hall switch designed with mixed-signal CMOS technology. It utilizes advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switching points. The integrated circuit includes a Hall effect sensor, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control, signal amplification and filtering, offset compensation, Schmitt trigger, and a push-pull output. Its superior chopper technology minimizes voltage offset at high temperatures. The HX6383 operates within a temperature range of -40 to 85 and a supply voltage from 1.65V to 6V, consuming an average current of only 5A. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
