Product Overview
The VCS1385 is a highly integrated, omnipolar magnetic switch sensor featuring an AMR magnetic sensor and high-precision CMOS processing circuitry within an ultra-small package. The CMOS processing circuit provides precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation and a push-pull output, achieving an industrial operating temperature range (-40 to 125) and a wide voltage operating range (1.8V to 5.5V) with microampere-level current consumption, making it suitable for battery-powered applications such as various handheld devices. Omnipolar magnetic switches simplify installation requirements as they do not require identifying the north or south pole of a magnet. Leveraging the high-speed response of AMR technology, this switch combines high response frequency, low power consumption, small size, and excellent temperature characteristics, making it a preferred choice for many low-power, high-performance applications. The VCS1385 is available in two package types: SOT23-3 and TO-92S, with corresponding product models VCS1385S and VCS1385T.
