HX6286 High Sensitivity, Unipolar Hall Switch
The HX6286 is a unipolar Hall-effect integrated circuit designed as a magnetic sensor. It features reverse voltage protection, internal voltage regulation, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage. It operates as a unipolar magnetic sensing circuit, suitable for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The HX6286 is capable of operating within a temperature range of -40 to 125, with a supply voltage range from 2.5V to 24V, and a load current capability of up to 50mA. It is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.

Induction Direction
The HX6286 is sensitive to magnetic fields passing perpendicularly through the chip from bottom to top and from top to bottom. The SOT-23 package is sensitive to North pole magnetic fields when viewed from the front (marked side), while the TO-92S package is sensitive to South pole magnetic fields.
