Product Overview
The HX6472 is a chopper-stabilized Hall effect sensor manufactured using BiCMOS technology, offering a high-sensitivity, temperature-stable, and comprehensively protected magnetic sensing solution. It features dynamic offset cancellation for excellent high-temperature performance, reducing residual offset voltage caused by molding, temperature dependency, and thermal stress. Each chip integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output capable of sinking up to 20mA. The HX6472 operates within a temperature range of -40 to 150, with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 24V and a load current capability of up to 20mA. It is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
