Product Overview
The HX6659 series is a linear Hall effect sensor that provides an analog output proportional to magnetic flux density. It features internal Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and CMOS output stage, offering high-speed, low-noise performance across a wide temperature range (-40 to 125). The sensor has a wide operating voltage range (2.8V to 6.0V) and a quiescent output voltage of VCC/2 when no magnetic field is present. The output linearly varies with applied magnetic flux density, with four sensitivity options available to maximize output voltage swing for different detection ranges. The HX6659 can detect magnetic fields perpendicular to the top of the package and is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages for different sensing orientations.
