HX6323 High Performance, Low Power Omnipolar Hall Switch
The HX6323 is a unipolar Hall switch based on mixed-signal CMOS technology, utilizing advanced chopper-stabilized technology to provide accurate and stable magnetic switch points. It integrates a Hall effect sensor, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control circuit, signal amplification and filtering circuit, offset compensation circuit, and Schmitt trigger with a push-pull output. Advanced chopper technology reduces voltage offset at high temperatures. The HX6323 operates within a temperature range of -40 to 125, with a supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, and features low power consumption with an average current of only 0.9A. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both compliant with halogen-free standards.
