Product Overview
The Honeywell 26PC Series Miniature Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Low Pressure Sensors are cost-effective, wet/wet differential sensing devices designed for high performance, reliability, and accuracy. Utilizing a specialized piezoresistive micromachined sensing element with a Wheatstone bridge, these sensors provide a millivolt output proportional to input pressure. Their compact SMT configuration reduces PCB footprint and manufacturing costs, enabling board mounting alongside other SMT devices. The sensors are suitable for a wide range of media compatible with polyphthalamide (PPA) plastics and media seals, operating within a temperature range of -40 C to 85 C [-40 F to 185 F]. Applications include medical respirators, ventilators, oxygen conservers, nebulizers, industrial water control, irrigation equipment, filter monitoring, pressure valves, air compressors, soft drink dispensing, and breathalyzers.
