Product Overview
The HX251 is a highly sensitive, omnipolar, low-power Hall switch based on mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features advanced chopper-stabilized technology for accurate and stable magnetic switch points. Integrated components include a Hall element, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control, signal amplification and filtering, offset compensation, Schmitt trigger, and a push-pull output. The HX251 operates in a temperature range of -40 to 85 with a supply voltage from 1.65V to 6V, consuming an average current of only 5A. Available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, both meeting halogen-free standards.
