Product Overview
The HX6639 is a proportional linear Hall effect sensor that provides an analog output proportional to magnetic flux density. It features an internal Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and CMOS output stage, delivering high-speed, low-noise performance across a wide temperature range (-40C to 125C). The sensor offers a wide operating voltage range (2.8V-6.0V) and a quiescent output of Vcc/2, enabling detection of both North and South magnetic poles. With multiple sensitivity options and available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, the HX6639 is suitable for various magnetic field detection applications in consumer and industrial sectors.
