Product Overview
The Honeywell HEL-700 Series Thin Film Platinum RTDs are designed for critical temperature monitoring and control in industrial applications. These sensors offer a linear change in resistance versus temperature, providing high linearity, stability, accuracy, and a wide temperature range within a compact, fast-response package. They are ideal for measuring temperatures from -75 C to 540 C [-100 F to 1000 F]. The fully-assembled, ready-to-use elements eliminate the need for fragile splices. Manufactured with a thin layer of platinum on an alumina substrate, they are laser-trimmed for precise interchangeability. Applications include HVAC, process control, motor windings, battery packs, ovens, autoclaves, aircraft, and space vehicles.
