The Honeywell HEL-700 Series Thin Film Platinum RTDs are designed for critical temperature monitoring and control in industrial applications. These Resistance Temperature Detectors offer a linear change in resistance versus temperature, providing high linearity, stability, accuracy, and a wide temperature range within a compact, fast-response package. They are ideal for measuring temperatures from -75 C to 540 C [-100 F to 1000 F]. The fully-assembled, laser-trimmed elements are ready-to-use in probe assemblies, eliminating the need for fragile splices. Applications include HVAC, process control, motor windings, battery packs, ovens, kilns, medical autoclaves, aircraft, and space vehicles.

Ordering Guide Example: HEL-705-U-0-12-C1 defines an HEL-700 Series RTD with two, 28 gauge TFE Teflon insulated leadwires, an alpha of 0.00375 //C (1000 ), standard 0.2% trim, 12-inch leadwires, and a NIST calibration report at 0 C.
