Product Overview
The Honeywell TruStability High Accuracy Silicon Ceramic (HSC) Series are piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors designed for reading pressure with a ratiometric analog or digital output. These sensors are fully calibrated and temperature compensated for offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity via an on-board ASIC. They offer industry-leading accuracy of 0.25 %FSS BFSL, stability, and flexibility, with a wide pressure range from 1.6 mbar to 10 bar. The HSC Series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic gases like air and dry gases, with an option for non-corrosive, non-ionic liquids in higher pressure ranges. Applications span medical fields such as ventilators and anesthesia machines, and industrial sectors including HVAC and life sciences.
