Product Overview
The VF360NT, VF360ST, and VF460S are high sensitivity latching digital Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for operation by magnetic fields from permanent magnets or electromagnets. They respond to alternating North and South poles, with the VF360NT activated by a North pole and the VF360ST and VF460S by a South pole. These sensors offer a clean output signal and faster latch response times due to their non-chopper-stabilized design, making them suitable for applications requiring reliable and consistent performance, such as brushless DC motor commutation and speed sensing. The AEC-Q100 qualification enhances their reliability for use in demanding automotive environments.
