Product Overview

Honeywell's Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs, Standard Power Series (SM351RT, SM451R, SM353RT, SM453R) are ultra-sensitive, solid-state devices designed for durable and reliable speed or position sensing in standard power applications (3 Vdc to 24 Vdc). Offering ultra-high sensitivity (up to 11 G max.), these sensors respond to either pole of a magnet, simplifying installation and reducing system costs. Their non-contact, no-glass design enhances switching capability, while the high sensitivity lowers magnet costs and simplifies design-in. Available in SOT-23 and flat TO-92-style packages, they feature a wide operating temperature range and omnipolar operation.
