The MPR Series is a compact, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor designed for high-volume medical, commercial appliance, and industrial/HVAC applications. It offers a calibrated and compensated digital output via I2C or SPI, simplifying implementation and system connectivity. Its very small form factor (5 mm x 5 mm) enables portability and space-saving PCB designs. The sensor provides accurate pressure readings across a wide range of pressure spans and temperatures, with a Total Error Band (TEB) that minimizes the need for individual sensor calibration, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and improving interchangeability.
