Honeywell RTY & RTP Series Hall-effect Rotary Position Sensors
The RTY Series and RTP Series Hall-effect Rotary Position Sensors offer non-contact sensing for harsh transportation and industrial applications at a competitive cost. The RTY Series features integral shafts with or without levers, while the RTP Series separates the magnet from the sensor body for enhanced durability. Utilizing a Hall-effect IC, these sensors convert rotary movement into a linear output, housed in a rugged, IP69K-qualified package. They provide true non-contact operation, solid-state technology, and are protected against EMI/EMC, reverse polarity, and short circuits. Available in eight operating ranges from 50 to 360, they support input voltages from 4.5 Vdc to 30 Vdc.
