The HG4930 is a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) based inertial measurement unit (IMU) designed for a range of applications including agriculture, AUVs, industrial equipment, robotics, survey/mapping, stabilized platforms, transportation, UAVs, and UGVs. It offers an industry-standard communication interface for easy integration. Its extremely small size, light weight, and low power consumption make it ideal for most applications. The HG4930 includes MEMS gyroscopes and accelerometers, an internal environmental isolation system to attenuate unwanted inputs, and is available in three performance grades. Key advantages include world-class inertial sensor development, calibration and compensation, proven reliability, dependability, ruggedness, and it is a cost-effective replacement for a FOG.
