Honeywell's Magnetoresistive Sensor ICs, Standard Power Series (SM351RT, SM451R, SM353RT, SM453R) are ultra-sensitive, solid-state devices designed for durable and reliable speed or position sensing in standard power (3 Vdc to 24 Vdc) applications. Offering the highest sensitivity in their class (up to 11 G max.), these sensors operate with either North or South pole, simplifying installation and reducing system costs. Their non-contact, no-glass design enhances switching capability, while their ultra-high sensitivity lowers magnet costs and simplifies design-in. Available in SOT-23 and flat TO-92-style packages, they are suitable for a wide range of industrial, medical, and white goods applications.
