Product Overview
The SS345PT/SS445P are versatile digital Hall-effect sensors designed for position and motion sensing applications. These unipolar sensors respond to either a North pole (SS345PT) or a South pole (SS445P) and feature an internal pull-up resistor, often eliminating the need for external components. With a supply voltage range of 2.7 Vdc to 7 Vdc, they are suitable for low-voltage applications. The SS345PT's subminiature SOT-23 package saves PCB space, while the SS445P offers a TO-92-style package. Both are RoHS-compliant.
