The SS340RT/SS440R Series are small, versatile unipolar digital Hall-effect sensor ICs designed to operate with a single magnetic pole (North for SS340RT, South for SS440R). They offer robust IC design with ESD Class 2, reverse polarity protection, and 150 C capability. Available in multiple magnetic sensitivities and two package styles (SOT-23 for SS340RT, TO-92 for SS440R), these sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications including motion control, lid closure detection, and displacement sensing, with a low voltage 3 Vdc capability for energy efficiency.
