The HEIMANN Sensor GmbH Thermopile Sensor HMS-M21-L3.0-F5.5 is a new generation infrared sensor featuring a CMOS compatible sensor chip and a thermistor reference chip. It offers good sensitivity, a small temperature coefficient of sensitivity, and high reproducibility and reliability. The sensor complies with the European Union RoHS Directive and is available in standard transistor outline packages with an IR transmitting lens. It is suitable for applications requiring accurate temperature sensing.
