The Honeywell HumidIcon HIH7000 Series are digital output relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensors integrated into a single package. Designed for industry-leading reliability and accuracy, these sensors offer a 3.0 %RH humidity accuracy and a 0.5 C temperature accuracy. They provide a true, temperature-compensated digital I2C or SPI output, simplifying integration and reducing system costs. The series offers various housing styles (SIP 4-Pin or SOIC-8 SMD), filter options (with or without hydrophobic filter), and packaging formats to suit diverse application needs. Key advantages include industry-leading long-term stability, energy efficiency with low supply voltage and sleep mode capabilities, and a lowest total cost solution by combining two sensors into one. These sensors are suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40 C to 100 C.
