Product Overview
The HX4913 is an omnipolar, micropower Hall-effect switch fabricated with mixed-signal CMOS technology. It features an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator (2.0-6.0V), sleep/awake logic for low power consumption, temperature compensation, a small-signal amplifier, a Hall sensor with dynamic offset cancellation, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output. This device activates with either north or south magnetic poles and deactivates in the absence of a magnetic field. It is designed for applications requiring precise position detection, such as home appliances, industrial equipment, proximity switches, and smart meters, offering typical power consumption of 10W at 2.7V and an operating temperature range of -40C to 85C.
