The GX20MH01 is a programmable 14-bit resolution single-bus high-precision temperature sensor. It features a unique 64-bit serial number, multi-point distributed temperature measurement, and requires no peripheral components. Power can be supplied through the data line with a voltage range of 2.5V~5.5V. It offers a measurement range of -55C to +125C with an accuracy of 0.1C in the 0 to 50 range. The sensor supports user-defined non-volatile temperature alarm settings and has super-static protection capabilities.
