The GXTR304 is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor with SMBus and I2C interface compatibility. It can simultaneously monitor the local temperature of the chip and up to four remote zones using external diodes. Designed for real-time remote temperature monitoring in complex systems like MCUs, GPUs, and FPGAs, it offers features such as series resistance cancellation, programmable -factor correction, programmable temperature offset correction, and programmable temperature thresholds for accurate and reliable temperature monitoring.
