The GXT84/85/86/87 series are analog temperature sensors with negative temperature coefficients, offering an analog voltage output linearly proportional to Celsius temperature. These factory-calibrated sensors require no external calibration and provide high accuracy across a wide temperature range. Featuring low output impedance, linear output, and low power consumption, they simplify temperature control circuits and ADC requirements. Available in compact SOT353, TO-92, and TO92S packages, they are suitable for thermal management, temperature control, and home appliance applications.
