HAL4395 Single-Pole Induction Linear Hall Sensor
The HAL4395 is an improved linear Hall-effect sensor circuit that operates based on the magnetic field of a permanent magnet or electromagnet. Its output voltage changes proportionally to the magnetic field strength, with sensitivity directly proportional to the supply voltage. This circuit features a high-impedance signal output, eliminating the need for isolation chips in parallel applications like magnetic keyboards, meeting low sampling requirements. It also boasts low noise output, negating the need for external filtering. At 3.3V, the zero-field output voltage is typically 3.0V, with a sensitivity range of 3-7mV/Gs. Sensitivity can be specified according to customer application requirements. The typical operating voltage is 3.3V, with a maximum withstand voltage of 7V and an operating temperature range of -40 to 125, making it suitable for various civil, commercial, and industrial applications.
