Product Description
The HAL490X is a linear Hall-effect sensor IC designed for a wide range of applications. It integrates a Hall sensor, a linear amplifier, and a Totem-Pole output stage, offering low-noise output that eliminates the need for external filtering. This sensor provides enhanced temperature stability and accuracy, with a broad operating temperature range of -40 to +125, making it suitable for commercial, consumer, and industrial environments. Its high sensitivity accurately tracks minute changes in magnetic flux density. The linear sourcing output voltage is proportional to the magnetic flux density and is set by the supply voltage. Key features include low typical operating current (1.8mA), a wide operating voltage range (2.8V to 6.0V), and an available trim version for ultra-low offset. The HAL490X is offered in two magnetically optimized package styles: SO (SOT-23) and UA (three-lead ultra-mini SIP).
