Product Description
The HAL490X is a linear Hall-effect sensor IC designed for a wide range of applications. It integrates a Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and a Totem-Pole output stage, offering low-noise output that eliminates the need for external filtering. This sensor provides enhanced temperature stability and accuracy, operating within a wide temperature range of -40 to +125, making it suitable for commercial, consumer, and industrial environments. Its high sensitivity accurately tracks minute changes in magnetic flux density, with a linear sourcing output voltage proportional to the magnetic flux density and set by the supply voltage. The device typically consumes 1.8mA and operates from 2.8V to 6.0V. A trim version is available for ultra-low offset requirements. The HAL490X is offered in two package styles: SO (SOT-23) and UA (three-lead ultra-mini SIP).
