GX36 Low Voltage Analog Temperature Sensor
The GX36 is a low-voltage, Celsius temperature sensor that provides an analog voltage output linearly proportional to Celsius temperature. It is factory calibrated, eliminating the need for external calibration. With a low output impedance, linear output, and factory calibration, the GX36 significantly simplifies temperature control circuits and ADC requirements. The sensor can be powered by a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Its low quiescent current of less than 50A results in minimal self-heating effects. A shutdown function can further reduce the supply current to below 0.5A.
