GX30H05 Single-Bus High-Temperature Temperature Sensor
The GX30H05 is a digital temperature sensor offering 9 to 12-bit resolution with programmable non-volatile temperature alarm settings. It communicates via a single-bus protocol, requiring only one port pin for communication. Each chip features an independent 64-bit serial number, enabling multi-point distributed temperature measurement without external components. It can be powered via the data line with a voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. The measurement range is -80C to +200C, with an accuracy of 0.5C within the -10C to 85C range. The device boasts high electrostatic protection (HBM 8000V, MM 800V) and is available in TO-92 and TO-92S packages.
