Product Overview
The GXT84/85/86/87 series are analog temperature sensors featuring negative temperature coefficients and factory calibration, eliminating the need for external calibration. They provide an analog voltage output linearly proportional to Celsius temperature, with low-output impedance and linear output. These sensors are designed for simplified temperature control circuits and ADC requirements, operating from a single power supply with low quiescent current and minimal self-heating. Available in SOT353, TO-92, and TO92S packages, they are suitable for thermal management, temperature control, and home appliance applications.
