Product Overview
The HAL9303F is a compact, general-purpose linear Hall effect sensor. Its output signal level is proportional to the magnetic field strength applied to its sensitive face. At zero magnetic field, the output voltage is half of the supply voltage. When an S pole is applied to the marked face (TO/SW package), the output voltage increases linearly with magnetic field strength. Conversely, an N pole causes the output voltage to decrease linearly. It features low-noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering, and incorporates thin-film resistors for improved temperature stability and accuracy. The SO package exhibits the same sensing polarity as the TO/SW package. With an operating temperature range of -40 to 150, it is suitable for various commercial and industrial environments.
