GX36 Low Voltage Analog Temperature Sensor
The GX36 is a low-voltage Celsius temperature sensor that provides an analog voltage output linearly proportional to Celsius temperature. Factory calibrated, it eliminates the need for external calibration, offering typical accuracy of 1C at +25C and 2C over the -40C to +125C range. Its low output impedance, linear output, and factory calibration simplify temperature control circuits and ADC requirements. The sensor operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply with low power consumption (<50A), minimizing self-heating. A shutdown feature further reduces power consumption to below 0.5A. The GX36 is rated for -40C to +125C, with a 750mV output at 25C. It is available in SOT23-5, SOT23-3, SOP8, and TO92 packages.
