Product Description
The HAL9303 is a small, general-purpose, linear Hall effect sensor. Its output signal level is proportional to the magnetic field strength applied to the device's sensitive face. At zero magnetic field, the output voltage is half of the supply voltage. When an S pole appears on the marked face (TO/SW package), the output voltage increases linearly with magnetic field strength. Conversely, an N pole causes the output voltage to decrease linearly with increasing magnetic field strength. It features low noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering, and includes thin-film resistors for improved temperature stability and accuracy. The SO package has opposite sensing polarity compared to the TO/SW package. The operating temperature range is -40 to 150, making it suitable for various commercial and industrial environments.
