HAL490X CMOS Ratio-Metric Linear Hall Effect IC
The HAL490X is a linear Hall-effect sensor integrating a Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and Totem-Pole output stage. It offers low-noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering, and provides enhanced temperature stability and accuracy. With a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +125, it is suitable for commercial, consumer, and industrial applications. The sensor's high sensitivity accurately tracks subtle changes in magnetic flux density, with a linear sourcing output voltage proportional to magnetic flux density variations. It features a typical operating current of 1.8mA and an operating voltage range of 2.8V to 6.0V. A trim version is available for ultra-low offset products. Available in two package styles, SO (SOT-23) and UA (three-lead ultra-mini SIP), it offers magnetically optimized solutions for various applications.
