GX0011 High-Precision Two-Pin Digital Pulse Output Temperature Sensor
The GX0011 is a fully integrated digital temperature sensor that provides 12-bit (0.0625C) temperature output without external sensing components. It is designed to directly replace NTC thermistors, offering simpler integration and eliminating the need for system calibration or software/hardware compensation. The GX0011 utilizes a single-signal line for both power supply and communication, reducing MCU overhead and costs. It is available in DFN-2 and TO-92S packages.
