Product Overview
The GXHT30 is a next-generation, single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by Beijing Galaxy-CAS Technology. Built on an advanced weak signal detection and MEMS process design platform, it integrates high-sensitivity MEMS moisture-sensitive components on silicon-based CMOS wafers. This design reduces signal transmission interference, minimizes chip area, and enhances packaging reliability. The sensor offers a fully calibrated, linearized, and temperature-compensated digital output via an IC interface with speeds up to 1 MHz. It features user-selectable addresses, a wide supply voltage range (2.0 V to 5.5 V), and a miniaturized DFN package (2.5 x 2.5 x 0.9 mm). The GXHT30 is ideal for applications in communication equipment, photovoltaic energy storage, consumer electronics, cold chain transportation, smart homes, and smart agriculture.Product Attributes
