Product Overview
The GX112X is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor designed to replace NTC/PTC thermistors. It is suitable for temperature measurements in communication, computer, consumer electronics, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications. The GX112X offers excellent temperature accuracy of 0.5C within its normal operating range of -40C to +125C and features good linearity. It also supports an extended measurement range of -55C to +150C. With a wide operating voltage range of 1.4V to 5.5V and a maximum static current of 10A (at 4Hz conversion rate), it is ideal for low-power applications. The integrated 12-bit ADC provides a resolution as low as 0.0625C. The GX112X utilizes a 0.725mm x 0.725mm 4-Ball WLCSP package and features a two-wire interface compatible with SMBus and I2C communication. It supports Multiple Device Access (MDA) commands, allowing a host to communicate with multiple chips on the bus simultaneously without individual read/write commands, supporting up to 16 different addresses on the bus.
